Ultra-wide-field angiography findings in acute Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease
British Journal of Ophthalmology Aug 16, 2018
Kim P, et al. - In this retrospective, observational study, researchers examined the prevalence of abnormal central and peripheral ultra-wide-field (UWF) angiography findings and their correlation with clinical features in acute Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease by analyzing data of 26 eyes of 13 treatment-naïve patients with acute VKH disease who underwent UWF fluorescein angiography (FA). In the central fundus area (CFA) and peripheral fundus area (PFA), abnormal UWF angiography findings were frequently identified. The findings from the present study might be helpful in the evaluation and monitoring of VKH disease.
