Raphael MJ, Robinson A, Booth CM, et al. - In this systematic review and qualitative assessment of the literature of 17 studies comprising 3,646 individuals, experts summarized and qualitatively evaluated studies assessing whether people with advanced cancer understood and valued PFS. For the endpoint of PFS, the current literature assessing peoples’ understanding, preferences, and significance was seriously limited through the heterogeneity of methods, attribute choice, and definitions used to describe PFS to people.
