Vergara P, et al. – This paper highlighted the characteristics and the outcome of patients undergoing ablation after electrical storm (ES). A high risk of VT recurrence and mortality was reported in ES patients, along with patient and procedure characteristics consistent with advanced cardiac disease, longer and more complex procedures. In these subjects, a link was evident, between acute procedural success and a significant reduction in VT recurrence and improved one–year survival.
