Huang CY, et al. - Whether treatment with ACE inhibitors (ACEIs) or angiotensin-receptor blockers (ARBs) could lower the risk of new atrial fibrillation (AF) in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), was investigated in this study. Treatment of HCM with either ACEIs or ARBs resulted in a lower risk of new AF, when compared with those receiving neither of these medications.
