Cranford JA, et al. - In the present study, the prevalence and correlates of sleep problems were examined in a sample of medical cannabis patients. Findings revealed that sleep problems were highly prevalent and frequent in medical cannabis patients and were closely tied to pain. Sleep-related cannabis withdrawal symptoms were relatively common but their clinical relevance was unknown.
