Yudi MB, et al. - This study examined coronary reperfusion and clinical outcomes in an Australian cohort of patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) who received pretreatment with a P2Y12 inhibitor. Findings revealed that pretreatment with a P2Y12 inhibitor was neither routinely practiced in this cohort nor was related to improved coronary reperfusion or clinical outcomes.
