Sharma PS, et al. - Researchers carried out this investigation to examine the feasibility and outcomes of His bundle pacing (HBP) in cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) eligible or failed patients. As per findings, permanent HBP represents a promising alternative for CRT. Data also suggested that in case of failed biventricular pacing (BVP), HBP may be considered as a rescue strategy and may serve as a plausible primary alternative to BVP for CRT.
