Harris BR, et al. - In order to expand the reach of substance use early intervention services within and across sexual health clinics citywide and decrease substance use, poor mental health, and risky sexual behavior, Project Renew implemented Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), an evidence-based substance use early intervention model, in eight New York City (NYC) sexual health clinics from February 2012–January 2015.
