Masked isolated nocturnal hypertension in children and young adults

Fujita H, et al. - This research explored the frequency and characteristics of isolated nocturnal hypertension (INH) and masked isolated nocturnal hypertension (MINH) in children and young adults. The findings disclosed that MINH occurred in children and young adults. As a result of no specific features for MINH, screening with ambulatory or home BP monitoring during sleep could be appropriate.
