Shiraishi Y, et al. - The objectives of this study are to depict the distribution of triggers in patients hospitalized for acute heart failure, and explore their impacts on in-hospital outcomes. The outcome suggests that triggering events for acute heart failure can provide additional information for risk prediction. Efforts to identify the triggers ought to be made to classify patients according to risk group.
