Tan VS, et al. - This study analyzed the heart failure outcomes in relation to injectable furosemide shortage in Ontario, Canada. Among patients hospitalized for congestive heart failure, the reported risk of adverse outcomes did not increase as a result of a severe shortage of injectable furosemide.
