Identification of a serum microRNA expression signature for detection of lung cancer, involving miR-23b, miR-221, miR-148b and miR-423-3p
Lung Cancer Oct 09, 2017
Zhu Y, et al. - This study was carried out was to assess specific serum miRNAs as potential diagnostic markers for detection of lung cancer. Findings suggested a distinct miRNA expression profile in lung cancer (LC) patients. Researchers suggested the potential of these 4-miRNA signatures (miR-23b, miR-221, miR-148b and miR-423-3p) to be considered as novel, non-invasive biomarker for LC diagnosis.
