Journal of Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus Oct 04, 2019

Al-Haddad C, et al. - A total of 100 patients (50 strabismus, 50 controls) aged 7 to 17 years were recruited prospectively for 2 years from the pediatric ophthalmology clinic of the American University of Beirut Medical Center in order to identify eye tracking abnormalities in children with strabismus in the absence or presence of amblyopia. While reading text and recognizing prominent elements in a crowded photograph, important eye movement deficiencies were illustrated in patients with strabismus in comparison with controls.
