Rentka A, et al. - An assessment was conducted of the carbon dioxide (CO₂) laser therapy for the treatment of eyelid margin tumors. The findings illustrated that CO₂ laser therapy was a safe and effective procedure. It did not cause malposition of the eyelid or damage to the lacrimal drainage system if the tumor was located in its proximity, hence it was beneficial.
