Effectiveness and safety of Cross-Linked Sodium Hyaluronate 24mg with Lidocaine 3mg Injection in treatment for facial wrinkles and lip augmentation
Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology May 27, 2021
Shome D, Shah RA, Gowda D, et al. - The safety of Cross-Linked Sodium Hyaluronate 24mg with Lidocaine 3mg (Jeunesso 24L) Injection as well as its clinical effectiveness was examined in individuals receiving treatment for facial wrinkles and lip augmentation. Participants were patients, with ages from 18 to 75 years, wishing to undergo soft tissue augmentation treatment on the face and with wrinkle severity score ≥ 2 for bilateral Nasolabial Folds. At the treatment site, the appropriate quantity of the filler was injected. Immediately post-injection, the mean pain score was 2.57 ± 2.06, which was decreased to 0.1 ± 0.675 at 15 minutes and this converted to “No Pain” in any of the participants at 60 minutes after the injection. An improvement in the marionette line severity was noted in most of the cases. Good tolerability of the Study filler was evident, with no side effects. Findings demonstrate the usefulness of this particular filler, HA(hyaluronic acid)+L, for cosmetic improvements in the nasolabial folds as well as for enhancement of the lips.
