The Journal of Foot & Ankle Surgery Aug 24, 2020
Takabayashi T, Edama M, Inai T, et al. - This research was undertaken to investigate the impacts of gender and load conditions on arch height index (AHI) and arch height flexibility (AHF). This study included 100 Japanese youth (50 males, 50 females). Researchers assessed Arch height and truncated foot length with an AHI measurement system. They estimated AHI for each load condition using truncated foot length and arch height. The outcomes of this research serve beneficial information regarding which normative values of AHI and AHF should be applied.
