Heiss S, et al. – This study compared the eating and health behaviors among dietary vegans (ÂvegansÂ) and omnivores. Not much difference was reported in the eating attitudes and behaviors between vegans and omnivores and even when any differences were observed, they pointed towards vegans having slightly healthier attitudes and behaviors towards food. Similarly, vegans closely resembled omnivores in non–eating related health behaviors.
