Comparison of anterior segment optical coherence tomography angiography systems for corneal vascularisation
British Journal of Ophthalmology Oct 05, 2017
Ang M, et al. - This trial sought to illustrate a spectral-domain (SD) optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) for the cornea and perform a direct comparison of the two OCTA system scans of the same eyes with corneal vascularisation. The findings presented successful delineation of the corneal vessels with significant image quality using a new SD OCTA system. Greater vessel density measurements were detected via the split-spectrum amplitude decorrelation algorithm angiography system (SSADA) compared with SD OCTA system in the same area of corneal vascularisation. In order to affirm the advantages, limitations and changes between these OCTA systems for the anterior segment, advanced research was necessitated.
