Manber R, et al. - Researchers conducted this randomized, unmasked, 3-site controlled trial assessing the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia during pregnancy. They randomized 194 pregnant women; of these, 149 completed treatment. The final analysis included 179 with available baseline data (92%), 89 in the cognitive therapy group and 90 in the control group.
