Ragam A, et al. - Experts aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes and intraocular pressure control in the eyes with pseudoexfoliation (PXF) after the scleral-glued intraocular lens (IOL) fixation. For fixating an IOL in eyes with PXF and poor zonular integrity or absent capsular support, scleral-glued surgery served as a good option. Data recommended placing special emphasis on the intraocular pressure control following surgery, which could be less predictable in PXF eyes with or without preexisting glaucoma.
