Lai KM, et al. - With a first national worldwide study cohort, the contributors emphasized on patients with end-stage renal disease and their association between the use of NSAIDs and the risk of mortality. The population-based database was used and the study outcome was evaluated. NSAID use was concluded to increase the risk of mortality in patients with end-stage renal disease. However, to validate these observational finding, future randomized controlled trials are required.
