Okubo H, et al. - An analysis was performed to examine the relationship between dietary patterns and cognitive function among older Japanese people. Findings indicated that a diet with high intakes of vegetables, soy products, fruit, and fish might have a beneficial effect on cognitive function in older Japanese people. However, further research was required to confirm these finding.
