Chung CY, et al. - The angiographic and tomographic factors indicative of the prognosis of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy treated with half-dose photodynamic therapy were determined. A poor prognosis was indicated by a poor baseline best-corrected visual acuity, diffuse hyperfluorescence indocyanine green angiography pattern, shallow irregular pigment epithelium detachment, and disruption of the ellipsoid zone.
