Ndrepepa G, et al. - This study appraised gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) versus alkaline phosphatase (ALP) as prognostic markers in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Findings demonstrated a stronger correlation of GGT with all-cause mortality than ALP in this patient population.
